A web app that gives Airtable field teams offline read/write access with conflict-safe sync on reconnect
Field workers using Airtable-backed workflows lose access the moment they step into a warehouse, construction site, trade show floor, or any low-connectivity zone. Airtable's native mobile app allows limited offline viewing of previously downloaded bases but does not support writing records offline or resolving conflicts when two users edit the same record while disconnected. None of the major Airtable front-end builders (Stacker, Softr, Glide, Noloco, Pory) ship offline write capability either. This PWA companion installs on any device, caches the specific views and filtered record sets assigned to each team member, allows full create/update/delete operations while offline using a local IndexedDB store, then syncs changes back to Airtable via the REST API on reconnect. Conflict resolution follows a field-level last-write-wins strategy with a review queue for records touched by multiple users during the same offline window, surfacing diffs clearly so a supervisor can accept or merge. The product is sold as a per-seat SaaS add-on, configured entirely through a web admin panel where managers pick which Airtable bases, views, and fields go offline-eligible for each role.
